Avoid., unless u know when to sign off , don’t go with. The overall rating of the company is 1.0 and consumers are mostly dissatisfied. They employ experienced building and site supervisors and the sales consultants know more than just taking an order. I’d spoken to another home builder (I won’t say who!) who couldn’t explain why I couldn’t extend a built-in robe in a master bedroom.
